Development plan
Development talks
Once a year, everyone in the company should have the opportunity for a development interview. During each year, there will be follow-ups of agreed activities.
The purpose of the conversations is to:
- Ensure that current tasks feel meaningful
- Ensure that the current work situation and work environment are good
- Discuss competence development and personal development plan
- Go through what’s good or what’s better with Regent
- Increase employee motivation
- Give better results for customer and Regent
- Detect any misunderstandings that may have arisen and correct them
After the meeting, the following must be completed
- Areas of competence the employee wants to focus on are included in Regent’s competence documents.
- Development call template is filled in.
A development interview is conducted between an employee and his or her immediate superior. The call is handled confidentially.
Consultant follow-ups
Consultancy follow-ups are carried out at the customer’s end. The goal of these is to:
- Ensure that the employee is happy with their tasks.
- Check with the consultant if anything can be done to improve the employee’s working conditions. It can e.g. apply to chairs, desks, monitors, working hours, etc.
- Agree with the customer that he is satisfied.
- Sell in Regent. See if there are assignments to bid on or if the customer needs more resources.
Competence profile
Regent offers a concept where employees are offered an opportunity for a clearer profiling of their skills with a clear process and closer feedback to achieve a goal picture than traditional development talks offer. Read more about these under Competence profile.
