Regent Parent Company

What is the Parent Company?

The Parent Company functions more as a central organisation than as a business area of its own. At the same time, every business area depends on the services it provides, which is why we begin by describing its role here.

Sales

All full-time sales professionals are employed by the Parent Company. They are responsible for Regent’s overarching framework agreements, subcontractor partnerships, bid submissions for call-offs, customer relationship management and new business development. In other words, they handle virtually everything related to sales. In addition, the Parent Company owns and governs Regent’s sales process, defining the sales methodology and guidelines followed by all Business Area Managers across the group.

Finance

Accounting, financial reporting, payroll, invoicing and all other financial matters across the group are managed by the Parent Company.

Office & Administration

The Parent Company is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the office, from ensuring a great working environment to making sure there is always coffee available. It also handles all administrative functions, ranging from purchasing computers to providing day-to-day support whenever employees need assistance.

Events

Summer parties, Christmas celebrations, company meetings, international conferences, customer events, competence conferences and much more. Regent organises several events every week, with most of the planning and coordination managed by the Parent Company.

Regent Devotion offers top-notch developers with a strong focus on front-end development, specializing in React.js and React Native.

What is Quality’s focus?
Regent Quality achieves high-quality IT deliveries through expertise ranging from code-based testing to automated delivery flows.

What focus areas does Quality have?

Today we help our customers with test management and planning, hands on testing of UI but also focus on technical testing.
Automation is something we are passionate about both in terms of tests and delivery flows. That’s why we have test automators and DevOps profiles.

What customer offers does Quality have?

Today, our main business consists of the customer hiring individual consulting services. We also offer training in collaboration with various established training actors as we generally at Regent have many employees with an interest in holding training. With this, we also want to be visible to the market for both future recruitments and new customers.

Our vision for the future is to be able to sell entire teams that help the customer set up efficient CI / CD flows with test automation and test frameworks that suit the customer’s needs. We want to help the customer build the right mindset to be able to continue working effectively with their CI / CD feeds.

Security

What is Security’s focus?

Regent Security offers consultants in information security and IT security. All clients need to work systematically with security, and we can help them establish this or enhance their expertise in systematic security management. Additionally, we assist clients with vendor management, gap analyses, implementation of regulatory frameworks, or the technical implementation of the outcomes from their security efforts.
