Values

Regent is a values-driven company. For us, this means that our core values provide direction for the organization and form the foundation for the decisions we make.

Together, Regent’s employees have decided that our core values are Trust, Together We Are Better, and Value Creation. It is the shared responsibility of both employees and leadership to base day-to-day work and decision-making on Regent’s values whenever possible.

Trust

Trust is the foundation of all collaboration. It is as much about showing trust in others as it is about trusting that others have good intentions. Without trust, constructive and genuinely well-intended feedback can be perceived as criticism. With trust, words can flow freely without judgment. Through open and honest dialogue, we create the conditions for creativity, new perspectives, innovation, and ideas. We always encourage and value the willingness to contribute, regardless of whether the proposal itself is ultimately implemented.

Trust is also about responsibility. When we show trust in one another, it means we take responsibility for the confidence placed in us. Freedom and mandate go hand in hand with delivery and accountability. We believe the best decisions are made where the expertise resides, and that teams, regardless of function, perform best when they are trusted and autonomous, without unnecessary detailed control.

At the same time, trust does not mean the absence of structure. When directives, processes, and governance are needed, we trust that they are well founded and implemented with a clear purpose. We have confidence in the people behind them and understand that clarity and structure are prerequisites for long-term quality, security, and effective collaboration.

Trust is a soft value that is often experienced as a feeling, but it is built through concrete actions over time. Through transparency, clarity, and by keeping our promises, we build trust in practice. Our ISO certifications are an expression of the structural capital we have in the form of established processes, routines, and policies. This allows our customers to feel confident in the quality and security we deliver, and enables our employees and partners to trust that everything from financial processes to HR processes functions as it should.

Trust is built slowly and can be lost quickly. It therefore requires care, consistency, and courage. For us, trust is not an assumption, but something we earn every day through how we act toward one another, toward our customers, and in our assignments.

Together We Are Better

Together we are better because none of us is the best at everything, but everyone is essential to the whole. By combining different perspectives, experiences, and areas of expertise, we create better solutions, make wiser decisions, and deliver stronger results. We actively seek diversity, not to force consensus, but to broaden understanding and raise the quality of what we do.

Working together means shared responsibility. We succeed and fail as a team. When things work, we share the success, and when something falls short, we solve it together. We do not accept problems being passed on, responsibility being avoided, or individual gain being put before the whole. Together means standing by one another, even when it is uncomfortable.

Together we are better when we embrace professional friction. We encourage clear opinions, open discussions, and the courage to challenge one another. Collaboration is not about always agreeing, but about respectfully pushing each other forward, with the best interests of the business and the customer as our common point of departure. That is how we grow and raise the bar.

Together goes beyond the individual team. We collaborate across roles, business areas, and company boundaries, and we see our customers as part of the joint effort. Our internal collaboration exists to create better outcomes for the customer. When we work in a coordinated way and share knowledge, delivery becomes stronger and more sustainable.

Diversity is a natural part of succeeding together. Different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives make us better equipped to solve complex problems and make well-founded decisions. We build an inclusive culture where everyone is given the opportunity to contribute and grow. For us, this does not stop at words or ambition. Our policies and diversity goals are linked to concrete financial incentives, where group companies that do not meet the established targets incur a higher group fee. This reflects how seriously we take the matter. At the same time, the value is ultimately lived in everyday actions, through how we collaborate, share responsibility, and treat one another.

Together we are better when collaboration and responsibility are valued as highly as individual performance. Excellence is encouraged and recognized, but never at the expense of the team. For us, true performance means contributing to the whole, strengthening others, and delivering results that endure over time. That is how we build a strong Regent, where ambition, team spirit, and results go hand in hand.

Value Creation

Value creation is the starting point and foundation of every engagement we undertake. For us, it means creating real and long-term value for our customers through solutions that are relevant, fit for purpose, and sustainable over time. We always start from the customer’s needs, goals, and context, and let that guide our ways of working, priorities, and outcomes.

We work closely with our customers and establish clear collaboration models where dialogue, attentiveness, and shared responsibility are central. Through continuous dialogue, we ensure that Regent understands what creates value for the customer, how it should be achieved, and how we together follow up on results. This close collaboration enables us to act proactively, adjust direction when needed, and consistently contribute in ways that are relevant to the customer.

Value creation requires responsibility. We take responsibility for what we deliver, how it works in practice, and the impact it has on the customer’s business. Efficiency is a natural part of this responsibility, where time, cost, and delivery precision are always considered to define the right scope and a realistic level of ambition. Our goal is to deliver solutions that best meet the customer’s needs, are sustainable over time, and can be managed without unnecessary complexity.

For us, value is something that should both be experienced and be possible to follow up. That is why we work in a structured way with recurring follow-ups on customer satisfaction and delivery quality. Through regular dialogues and continuous delivery surveys, we gain a clear understanding of how our work creates value and where we can improve further. This makes value creation tangible and present in everyday work.

Quality is a prerequisite for value creation. Our established quality policies and our ISO 9001 certification reflect our ambition to deliver with consistency, structure, and reliability. They create confidence for our customers and provide us with a solid framework for continuous improvement.

Being value-creating means always working with the customer’s best interests in mind, taking responsibility for the whole, and delivering solutions that make a real difference. That is how we build long-term relationships and create IT that delivers value where it matters most.
