Bonus Additional Sales

Calling and public procurement in all its glory, but when it comes to sales, Regent’s network and its employees are the most important sales channel. It is important that each individual consultant understands the value he or she possesses through contact with the client and its business. By being proactive and responsive when someone expresses a need for reinforcement, Regent can create business and grow. In cases where Regent does not have its own consultant to sell in, the company has a large network of sub-consultants on hand. It is extremely rare for the company not to be able to find a consultant to fill the need.

To emphasize the importance of this work, Regent has developed an incentive model for additional sales in accordance with the following regulations:

  • An employee receives a bonus of SEK 10,000 if he sells a consultant on assignment. This applies regardless of whether the assignment applies to your own part, a colleague or a sub-consultant. In the case of shorter assignments, the employee receives a bonus of SEK 50 / h up to the limit amount of SEK 10,000.
  • When selling projects or new customer sales where a direct agreement is written with the end customer for transactions involving more than one consultant, the employee receives SEK 30,000 or 5% of the scope of the transaction up to the limit amount of SEK 30,000 if it is a small transaction.
  • If Partners in Consulting refer business, no sales bonus is paid. This is because one of the purposes of Consulting is for the coworkers in that group to assist each other with assignments, and thus, work related to sales is considered part of their regular duties.
  • If several employees have tipped about the same deal, the bonus is divided equally between the parties.

All remuneration is based on the work being carried out outside ordinary commitments. A consultant who has been given internal time for the purpose of working with a quote, or a salesperson who is employed to work with these issues, are not eligible for bonuses for this work, which is then already considered paid. A new customer is such a customer Regent neither has nor has had previous business with, and that ongoing sales work is not already underway through Regent’s list of prospectuses / leads. Assignments at the consultant’s latest client are not classified as new assignments, such as extension of assignments or transition to a new project at the client.

To avoid misunderstandings, it is a prerequisite that the employee and his or her immediate superior agree on compensation immediately at the time of the tip for the bonus to be paid. This agreement must be confirmed by email between the employee and its immediate superior, if such an email is not available to refer to, compensation will not be paid.
