Direct Customer

A direct customer is, in its simplest form, a customer with whom Regent has a direct contract.

If the customer uses a so-called VMS (Vendor Management System) as a purchasing system, this purchasing function is considered to be the direct customer as there are no other ways to sell services to the customer other than this VMS. Examples of such systems are Fieldglass, Magnit and Vakanta.

A broker is considered a direct customer if Regent sells an assignment to a client at the organization where the services are to be performed, but where the agreement must be signed through with a minimal fee.

An actor is considered a direct customer if the actor has an exclusive commitment with the customer. In practice, this means that the intermediary is responsible for the addition of resources at the end customer.
