Values
Regent is a value-driven company, which means that we work together in the direction of the values to achieve a better overall result together.
Regent’s employees have together decided that these values should be trust, together we are better and value-creating . This means that the values must permeate all decisions and actions internally. It is the responsibility of both the employee and the management to, as far as possible, include the words in their everyday work and decision-making.
Example:
We let the words flow freely and do not judge each other, we encourage creativity and new suggestions and ideas, we give constructive criticism and feedback but always reward the attempt / willingness to contribute regardless of our own perception. We have fun together when the dialogue is open, and to create a trusting room, we are open and let everyone take their place.
We map the effect of our methods to provide attractive offers to customers. Through our welded teams, where employees can be open with each other, we deliver on time and according to customers’ expectations and more. The clearest goal picture of the team and the individual employee is to have created great value for the customer at the end of a project. Regent has no concrete sales targets or profit targets because such targets easily create KPIs linked to financial key figures instead of key figures linked to customer satisfaction.
We know that we complement each other and are good at different things, we are better when we can accept our differences and everyone can contribute their best to the team. We meet each other without prestige and work in a flat organization where everyone’s equal value is clear. We complement each other and add different dimensions and competencies to solve the problems we face. We would rather take an extra meeting than risk a top management. The more perspectives we have, the greater the overall picture we get. We know that diversity in everything from origin and ethnicity to age and gender strengthens the group as a whole and therefore we welcome all differences.
