Office365

Regent uses Office365. Office365 includes the email and the Office package itself. To log in to Office365, go to mail.regent.se and enter your email address. All employees have an email according to the format firstname.lastname@regent.se . The parts of Office365 we use are email, calendar, OneNote, OneDrive and the Office suite.

Once you have access to Office365, we want you to connect your mobile as soon as possible so that you can access email and calendar from there.

OneNote

For notes, OneNote works just fine. Our aim is that all meetings should have a meeting invitation and that all meeting notes are linked directly to OneNote from the meeting. To open shared calendars, you must use the desktop version of OneNote before you can access it in the app you should download to your phone.

Slack

Slack, platform for communication internally within Regent everything from AfterWork or new technology or just hear what the colleague has in mind.

OneDrive

Onedrive is used for Regent’s internal file sharing and is available to all employees.

Fortnox

You will receive a review of our time reporting system when you arrive on site. It is important that time reporting takes place every week, especially at the turn of the month. You report time through Fortnox which you can find under www.fortnox.se .

Jira

Jira is an agile case management system Regent uses in all projects for follow-up and control. Basically, the tool is based on setting up projects which are then planned in sprints and releases. All user stories, tasks, issues and the like can be registered in this tool. You can find the tool under regent.atlassian.net .

LucidChart

LucidChart is a cloud-based tool that gives you the opportunity to create all types of Storyboards / Wireframes, UML diagrams, Process flows, etc. LucidChart is a Visio in the cloud but simpler, more modern and gives us the opportunity to involve customers in the requirements and development phases. LucidChart can be found here .

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is the CRM tool we use. If you do not work with sales, you do not have access to this tool unless you explicitly feel that you need it. https://www.pipedrive.com .

Cinode

Cinode is the tool used for CV and skills inventory. http://www.cinode.com/ .

MSDN

All employees at Regent have access to MSDN Professional if you do not have special reasons why you need Premium or Ultimate. The license is personal and renewed every year. You can reach it at http://msdn.microsoft.com/ .

Process.st

Process.st is a tool for checklists. This is used, among other things, in the HR function when employees start or end their employment. The Regent model’s checklist can also be found here.
