Employee survey

Regent’s employee survey is distributed once a month with the aim of quickly identifying changes in trends. The questions are therefore very simple and do not take long for an employee to complete.

The results of the survey are presented through the various groups’ newsletters and are also discussed at Regent’s management team meeting each month.

The survey is completed through a web-based employee survey tool.

Below is an explanation of what each of the survey questions means.

Which group do you belong to?
Please select the appropriate Regent group to which you belong. Appropriate selection is crucial as your response will be directed to the Management Team of the corresponding group.

I would recommend others to work at Regent.
This question measures overall employee satisfaction and advocacy for Regent as a workplace. It reflects your perception of Regent’s atmosphere, culture, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Positive responses indicate a positive perception of Regent as a workplace.

I feel like I’m part of Regent.
This question aims to gauge employees’ sense of belonging and integration primarily within your corresponding group. It assesses whether you feel connected to our culture, values, and colleagues, fostering a positive work culture. Positive responses indicate a positive sense of belonging.

I feel seen and heard at Regent.
This question addresses the areas of inclusivity and communication, primarily within your corresponding group. It evaluates whether you feel seen and heard, by both management and peers alike. Positive responses indicate a sense of feeling valued and acknowledged.

I have the opportunity to contribute to Regent’s development.
This question pertains to employee empowerment and involvement in Regent’s development (primarily within your corresponding group but also within the wider Regent Group). Positive responses indicate an affirmative feeling of being able to contribute when and if you feel you want to.

Regent focuses on competence development.
This question is about how you think Regent’s works with competence development. It explores whether Regent supports your own drive to competence development regarding resources and coaching, fostering continuous learning and development. Positive responses suggest that you perceive Regent is working with competence development.

Regent is working to reduce its climate footprint.
This question addresses Regent’s efforts toward environmental sustainability. It evaluates Regent’s initiatives, policies, and actions aimed at minimizing its negative environmental impact; such as reducing carbon emissions, conserving resources, and promoting eco-friendly practices etc. Positive responses suggest that you believe Regent is making overall and consistent progress in reducing its climate footprint through various sustainability initiatives.

Other comments and suggestions for improvement (write below).
This open-ended question encourages you to provide additional feedback, suggestions, and concerns not covered in the previous questions. It encourages general feedback, constructive criticism, positive shout-outs, and ideas for enhancing various aspects of the workplace, including culture, policies, facilities, and management practices. If you’re not sure what to say, how about suggesting one thing you’d change or improve at Regent? All comments are completely anonymous, warmly welcomed and will be brought up in corresponding group’s Management Meeting.
