Employee survey

Regent’s employee survey is sent out once a month in order to quickly see changes in trends. The questions are thus very simple and do not take long to complete for an employee.

The results of the survey are presented in the graph below and are also discussed at Regent’s management team meeting every month. A value of 75% means that those who answered the question on average answered three on the four-point scale.
