- Make sure your CV is top notch
- Send out an internal email stating that we have the resource available, linked to Regent’s incentive model for additional sales. This email should also include a call for everyone to access the person’s Linkedin profile and endorse the person in the areas they believe the person controls.
- Bring uncoated consultants to interviews, sales meetings, etc.
