  • Contact possible clients
  • Appropriate lectures
  • Send email to other consultants at Regent and tell them what you did on your previous assignment and what you want to do on your next
  • Write articles for the recruitment site / Linkedin

 Regent’s responsibility

  • Meeting with consultant
    • Before completing the mission: Aim forward

      • what did the consultant contribute,
      • skills that were lacking,
      • experiences to take with you
      • how have you had it
  • Develop proposals for internal Regent activities that suit the consultant based on the strategic goal picture.
  • Make sure your CV is top notch
  • Send out an internal email stating that we have the resource available, linked to Regent’s incentive model for additional sales. This email should also include a call for everyone to access the person’s Linkedin profile and endorse the person in the areas they believe the person controls.
  • Bring uncoated consultants to interviews, sales meetings, etc.
