The Regent model
The goal of the Regent model is to deliver commitments more efficiently and with better quality than competitors. A large part of this is done by averting common errors and shortcomings.

The regent model consists of a process and four legs:
- Values form the basis for the corporate culture that arises within a company. It is a prerequisite for us to thrive and work together.
- Principles are the practical rules of thumb that should permeate all our work. The principles are based on our values.
- The method specifically describes how Regent works through what we call artifacts (checklists and instructions), prepared based on our principles.
- Customer value is the result of our work. What we do must have a meaning for the end user. We achieve value by applying a method based on sound principles and common values.
