Method
The regent model consists of four parts: values, principles, method and customer value. The Regent model’s method describes how Regent delivers solutions divided into different checklists.The checklists are set up in https://www.process.st/ and are divided into different phases as shown below.
The diagram below shows all the phases and checkpoints that the Regent model’s method currently contains.
Compliance with the Regent Model
In order for a commitment to be considered to comply with the Regent Model, all activities for a Checkpoint (DP) must be completed. This is documented in process.st for each commitment.
RQB then follows up with an even frequency that all commitments have passed the respective DP point and captures and acts on any deviations that arise.
