The market consists of all Regent’s potential customers, both players Regent has and does not have contact with. The marketing function collects information about, among other things, potential customers, trends and competitors. It is also important to collect and create an understanding of how the market perceives Regent and that the company is perceived in the way we want to be perceived. The vision, the business idea, who we are and our offers should be perceived in the way Regent wants it to be perceived. The brand must be clear and known. Here is also Regent’s graphic profile that will express and reinforce Regent’s personality. The personality tells who we are and is a composition of all of us employees. This means that everything we say, do and present builds our brand. It is therefore important that Regent’s message is consistent and clear for the market to perceive Regent’s brand as strong. If we succeed, it will in turn, result in new customers and assignments.
